Lawndale Home Sales in September
The real estate market in Lawndale California saw 5 homes close escrow during September 2024 which was identical to the number of homes sold in August.
The average asking price for the homes that closed escrow in Lawndale was $874,600 with the average sold home priced at $825,600. This was a drop from August’s average of $889,200 and a really big drop from the incredible $915,000 in July 2024.
Homes averaged $548 per square foot which was also well down from $612 in August. Homes were only on the market 20 days before going into escrow which was very brief.
One of the homes was located in El Camino Village at 15427 Cordary Ave and sold for $795,000.
