Lawndale Home Sales in January
Welcome to the January real estate market report for the South Bay city of Lawndale CA. It was a pretty slow month in terms of market activity, but that’s usually the case as January is often the slowest month of the year in terms of the number of homes closing escrow.
There were 3 homes sold in January compared to an impressive December that saw 9 homes close escrow.
The average “list” price for the homes that sold was $773,967 with the average sales price at $745,000 which was almost identical to the $747,722 in December.
$607 was the average price per square foot which was a bit higher than December. Homes averaged 40 days on market before going into pending status.
