15512 Florwood Ave Lawndale – Listed for $899,999 and Sold for $1,125,000

This home sale would have broken the all time record for a single family home in El Camino Village if it weren’t for another April sale closing over $1.2M.  15512 Florwood was a beautifully remodeled single family that was just as nice on the inside as it is from the outside.   The home featured 3 beds, 2 baths and over 1,500 square feet on a great street.  Even though it was a great house we certainly didn’t anticipate it close for $225,000 over the list price!  What a time to be a home seller

Lawndale CA Home Sales in November….Another Great Month

Welcome to the November real estate recap for the city of Lawndale California.  November was another good month in Lawndale both in terms of the number of homes that closed escrow as well as the prices.   November 2021 saw 13 on market home, condo and townhome sales closing during the month..  The average “list” price of the homes that closed escrow during the month was $712,454 with the average “sold” price at $725,977 meaning that homes generally sold higher than the asking price.   Homes averaged only 21 days on the market before going into escrow.
