Lawndale Home Sales in SeptemberLawndale real estate and homes for sale

The real estate market in Lawndale California saw 5 homes close escrow during September 2024 which was identical to the number of homes sold in August.

The average asking price for the homes that closed escrow in Lawndale was $874,600 with the average sold home priced at $825,600.  This was a drop from August’s average of $889,200 and a really big drop from the incredible $915,000 in July 2024. 

Homes averaged $548 per square foot which was also well down from $612 in August.  Homes were only on the market 20 days before going into escrow which was very brief.

One of the homes was located in El Camino Village at 15427 Cordary Ave and sold for $795,000.

Lawndale Real Estate Update for March 2024

It wasn’t too difficult for March to be an improvement for the real estate market in Lawndale.

After only 1 sold home in February, March seemed spectacular with 7 closed escrows during the month.

The average “asking” price was $700,843 with the average sold price was $721,857.

The homes that sold averaged $672 a square foot and averaged 65 days on market although the median days on market was a brief 19.

What a Month it Was for Home Prices in Lawndale

Homes averaged over $100K more than in June and almost $200K than in MayLawndale homes for sale

The average “list” price was $825,544 with the average sold price of $843,196 which was over $100,000 higher than in June and even higher than May with an average sold price of $677,500!!!

The average price per foot was $574 and homes averaged an extremely brief 15 days on market before going into escrow.

April kept pace with March in terms of the number of homes sold in Lawndale.  It was still on the slower side but definitely improved overLawndale real estate and homes for sale the first few months of 2023.

There were 9 homes sold in Lawndale California last month with an average asking price of $776,197 and the average sold price of $781,722 meaning that most homes sold  above the list price for the second straight month.

The average price per foot was $567 and homes averaged 35 days on market before going into escrow.

The average “asking” price was $815,167 with the average sold price of $801,833 which was up considerably from the avereage price of $657,140 in October and $747,500 in September.

The average price per foot was $664and homes averaged 35 days on market before going into escrow.
