The home appears to be in nice condition but fairly original and definitely a candidate for a cosmetic makeover. Certainly a positive for some and a negative for others as it doesn’t allow much of a yard. Price is a bit difficult to determine with the last 3 single family homes (with 3 bed 1 bath and similar square footage) sold at $890,000, $750,000 and $750,000. We’re not sure how the one home sold so dramatically higher than the last sales but that’s clearly a factor in this homes $825K list price.
