The El Camino Village real estate market is alive and well thank you very much.  It’s not overly surprising that the top priceed home sale of the month in Lawndale CA was in the neighborhood of El Camino Village.  The single family home at 15329 Doty in EC Village was relatively small with only 1,044 square feet but the sales price was anything but small.  View the MLS info below.  The home was listed at $799,000 and went into escrow after only 7 days on the market and closed at a very impressive $812,500.  View the current homes for sale in El Camino Village.

El Camino Village and Bodger Park September Home Sales

Take a look below at the homes that sold in the El Camino Village and Bodger Park neighborhoods of Hawthorne, Lawndale and Gardena.  It was a pretty big month for real estate in the community with 9 on MLS home sales during September.   The highest priced home sale of the month was a 3 bed/2 bath remodeled single family home at 15606 Faysmith that was listed at $899,000 and sold for $940,000.   The average “list” price was $746,111 with the average sales price at $753,679 meaning that most homes sold above asking price.
