One of only two homes to sell in the El Camino and Bodger Park neighborhoods was a smaller, but charming 3 bed 1 bath single family home in Bodger Park. The home was listed at $820,000 and sold at $805,000 after a month on the market.

There’s not too much to report on for home sales in El Camino Village and Bodger Park last month. September 2023 saw only two homes
sell. One of the homes was in Gardena and was a townhome and the other was a single family home in Bodger Park that sold for $805,000. There were 5 homes sold in Lawndale during September but none were in the El Camino Village area.
