As we haven’t toured the property it’s a bit tough to guage the condition but based on the one interior photo it looks like it needs a bit of love. Unfortunately there is no listing description. It seems that this is going to be a tough sell given the condition and price as there is another “fixer” currently on the market at 3148 Marine Avenue (so not as good a location) that’s priced at $674,000 and it’s just slightly smaller at 1,313 feet but has an extra bathroom. That said we don’t know how the two compare in terms of condition.
El Camino Village is a wonderful and friendly community close to Alondra Park, El Camino College, Alondra golf course and central to the South Bay.
