Had an extremely positive experience with Keith while searching for and ultimately purchasing a home in the crazy South Bay housing market. I feel he always had my best interests in mind during all phases of the proccess. Throughout the several month home search I never felt pressured to put in offers and Keith provided good insights to all the properties we saw helping me eventually find my future home. I believe these insights he gave me were key to submitting a winning bid on the house I eventually purchased. This was only the 2nd contract I had submitted in entire time working with Keith and was selected over several other bidders. Keith was very proactive and engaged during the home inspection and settlement preparation phases as well. He was inconstant communications with me, the seller, the home inspector, the bank, and settlement company enabling a smooth settlement.

In an incredibly competitive seller’s market, it was quite difficult to find a bigger townhouse for our growing family, contingent upon selling our current home. Keith was so patient even though our search lasted many months and we were discouraged after a few lost offers. He was honest and helpful when looking at properties, never seemed to grow tired of our many requests for showings, and made sure we found a home that met all our requirements. For each offer, he was very quick to act, explain our situation to the seller, and make our offer look as good as possible. As first-time home buyers, we had a general idea of what we wanted in a home but no idea how to approach the South Bay market. Keith was patient, responsive, knowledgeable and willing to work around our hectic schedules to show properties and answer our questions. Keith is a local who offers unparalleled insight on all of the neighborhoods in the region – from walkability to schools and traffic patterns, to details about recent sales and future residential/commercial development that might impact specific properties. His relationships run deep and provide clients with opportunities to view off-market listings, as well as properties before they hit the MLS.
